Spring Into Natural Fitness

In honor of Earth Day I wanted to call-out one of my favorite earth- friendly brands called Natural Fitness. Natural Fitness products are simple, functional and environmentally friendly. It only seems right to treat our body and the earth to something so wonderful.

Resistant bands are compact, portable, and allow for a wide range of motion. These bands can be used pretty much any way that a dumbbell can be used plus, you can adjust the amount of resistance in seconds by adding more tension to the band.
