While dietitians often address these diseases individually\, understanding the underlying inflammatory mechanisms can provide a more integrated framework for prevention and treatment.\nThis session will explore the biological basis of inflammation and examine how diet\, lifestyle factors\, metabolic health\, and the gut microbiome influence inflammatory pathways.
