Rachelle Mallik, MA, RD, LDN is the founder of The Food Therapist, a virtually-based private practice that provides nutrition therapy for fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding. She has more than a decade of experience in healthcare, including a world-renowned fertility center in New York, private practice in New York City and Melbourne, Australia, and Chicago hospitals. Rachelle is a compassionate, food-first dietitian who provides a holistic and evidenced-based approach to nutrition and wellness.
Rachelle earned a Bachelors degree with Honors in Human Nutrition from Arizona State University and a Masters degree in Food Studies from New York University. She’s a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Women’s Health Dietetic Practice Group, Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine, and the Nutrition Special Interest Group of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. She also serves on the board of the Chicago Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Additionally, she’s the content expert on reproductive nutrition for the Nutrition Care Manual Board of Editors.
