Dana Sivak, MS, RDN, CSSD, LDN is the founder and sports dietitian behind Nutrition to Perform, LLC, which specializes in individual and group nutrition recommendations for aesthetic sport athletes’ sport-specific needs, performance goals, and general well-being. She additionally works as a contractor for U.S. Figure Skating and performs telehealth nutrition counseling services for Health First Wellness Chiropractic Center located in Schaumburg, IL. Dana received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics with a minor in Coaching Science from the University of Delaware and her Master of Science (MS) degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Northern Illinois University. She has additional certifications in Eating Disorders and Obesity (EDOC), Dietitian Nutrition Coaching from Tony Stephens, LLC and from the International Society for Anthropometrics and Kinanthropometry (ISAK I).

Dana will provide insight into her experience working as a sports dietitian for aesthetic-sport athletes. Including her personal perspective as an aesthetic-sport athlete and coach, Dana has over 15 years of experience working with an elite, unique athlete population, Dana will discuss her methods relative to communication and learning style management with her athletes, as well as shed light on her approach to difficult discussions related to body image and disordered eating/eating disorder behaviors. In addition to various individual nutrition counseling considerations, Dana will also shed light on her responsibilities for training table food service menu creation and catering staff management at athlete training camps and events held across the country.
