Not a day goes by without a patient telling me that they love having a warm beverage in the morning, but can’t tolerate the taste of coffee without a hefty dose of sugar added.  Which begs the question: Why not switch to tea!  You still get to enjoy a hot, comforting beverage but without the bitter taste.  The great thing about tea is that it is available in a wide variety of flavor profiles and caffeine levels.  Use the chart below to find the perfect tea for you!
